Flexible, accessible Christian higher education, wherever you are

Dr. Nicolas Yasmine

Director, LBU Global — Canadian & Middle East Extension

We are an extension of Louisiana Baptist University, located at 6301 Westport Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana 71129, USA. Our Canadian and Middle East Extensions' address is 1340 rue du Chalutier, Laval, QC H7R 6E5, Canada.

Our passion is to serve present and future church leaders who desire to deepen their theological knowledge, strengthen their biblical understanding, and better prepare themselves for faithful service to the Lord. Our ministry currently extends across Canada and the Middle East, with students in Lebanon, Syria, and Egypt.

While many Bible colleges and theological institutions are increasingly moving toward online education, we remain committed to in-person classroom teaching. We deeply value the classroom experience because we believe theological education is enriched not only through academic instruction, but also through meaningful interaction between students and professors and among the students themselves.

These relationships provide opportunities for discussion, fellowship, encouragement, the exchange of ideas and prayers. More importantly, they help build a network of godly, well-equipped, and like-minded servants of Christ who can encourage and serve one another in ministry for years to come.

Our desire is not simply to provide academic credentials, but to equip men and women with sound biblical and theological foundations for a life of faithful service to Christ and His Church.

If you sense God's calling to grow in your understanding of Scripture and theology and to prepare yourself more effectively for ministry, we warmly invite you to contact us and prayerfully consider joining our University.

May the Lord use our ministry to equip His servants, strengthen His Church, and advance the Gospel for His glory.
